Ever Clean®

An innovative cleaning and disinfecting solution for all contact lenses. Ever Clean cleans the lenses thoroughly without the need for rubbing. Because of the No-rub formula the lens will not be damaged and the oxygen transmission is guaranteed.

Ever Clean ® is a combination of a solution and a two component tablet. The tablet consists of a green and a white layer. A self-activating effect stimulates the working of the white component immediately removing any protein deposits. The Self Action tablet is based on the standard peroxide system: the cleaning is based on the working of enzymes while at the same time the peroxide guarantees the disinfection. This combination ensures that the surface of the lens is clean before the proteins can denature, and the lens will not pollute even during long wearing periods.

The green component starts at the same time delivering the constant disinfecting and neutralising effect of the hydrogen peroxide. The neutralising of the peroxide takes 2 hours, once the peroxide has transformed into a preservative free saline solution it turns a light green colour. The light green colour indicates that the process is finished and that the lens is completely disinfected.

Ever Clean® is suitable for all RGP and soft lenses, but is also recommended for frequent replacement systems, silicon hydrogel lenses, continuous wear and Ortho K lenses. Although the manufacturers of continuous wear lenses do not think it is necessary, contact lens wearers often find the lenses quite uncomfortable. By using Ever Clean ® every 72 hours, the lenses remain clean and comfortable during the entire wearing period.
