Materials

The standard material for all our lens types (except Klaver 3000® and DreamLens®) is Cento. Cento is an excellent material which transmits a high amount of oxygen and has the same price as materials with a low DK.
With lenses made of Cento material your clients achieve wearing comfort far more quickly.

oxygen-permeable polymer structure increased oxygen permeability
oxygen-permeable compounds excellent stability of the material
low amount of silicones improved wetting and fewer deposits
fluorine-containing material fewer deposits and easy to clean

Application:
· extremely well suited for all lens types (except for Klaver 3000 and DreamLens®)
· daily wear

If you prefer a low DK value, we advise Boston ES.

You can of course always make a choice from the materials below.

When fitting a contact lens with UV-filter the fluorescein pattern may be less visible. This problem can be solved by using a yellow filter.

Attention: UV-filters in contact lens materials give some protection under normal circumstances. Under extreme circumstances it is still necessary to wear UV-blocking sunglasses.
